It easily handles a variety of data updates such as reassignments and mass conversion and we also use it to run reports and fix formatting errors on fields that lock records from being edited. It is much easier to use and has a cleaner interface than competitors as well.

The implementation and maintenance cost can be a bit high for small to mid scale organizations. The implementation is bit complex which makes us require external consultancy for the configurations. It doesn't provide industry specific features, so for industry specific requirements, it sets it back.
