The product seems to be well liked by users and the product people who actually manage the day-to-day operations of the communities. We've never experienced any extended downtime and their technical staff is easy to get a hold of when required.

The 3 main pain points we have had with Higher Logic are the major bug or performance issues we have experienced, the customer service process, and the lack of shared knowledge around how to best use the program. We have experienced a few major bugs or site shutdowns since we started using Higher Logic that have seemingly come out of nowhere. They have been fairly quick at fixing the issue, but we were never quite able to figure out exactly why the issue had happened in the first place. The customer service is typically good, but occasionally we are faced with vague answers or not the help we are looking for. Lastly, I think there could be some work done on creating more shared resources on how to best use the platform and what features exist.
