Wix Answers is intuitive to use to build articles, however the platform is limited in capabilities (functionality). Building our Knowledge Base, I find that I am limited with the formatting within the content blocks, i.e collapsible, can't number statements chronologically when images separate the numbered text, tables are not formattable. I cannot measure our users interaction with the articles, i.e can't distinguish between Medigate users & customers. When saved articles are lost because of Wix outage and updates I received no assistance. I find that our other platform that we are using/testing - Lessonly, offers more content elements and metric capabilities that are effective and productive.
