Notre expérience globale avec Paypal entreprise payments est plutôt positive.Ce qui a très bien fonctionné : la fiabilité du traitement des paiements au quotidien, la confiance associée à la marque Paypal (moins de frictions côté clients/partenaires) et une mise en place assez rapide via les outils/api standards.L'outil apporte une bonne visibilité opérationnelle sur les transactions, remboursements et statuts.
Ce qui a moins bien fonctionné : le coût total peut vite augmenter selon les volumes et options, la gestion des litiges/chargebacks peut être chronophage (process et justificatifs), et certains besoins de reporting/réconciliation comptable demandent des exports, du paramétrage ou un outil BI pour être vraiment confortables. Globalement, c'esy une solution solide si l'on anticipe ces points de vigilance et qu'on cadre bien les processus. 

Our overall experience with PayPal Business Payments is quite positive. What worked very well: the reliability of daily payment processing, the trust associated with the PayPal brand (less friction for customers/partners), and a fairly quick setup using standard tools/APIs. The tool provides good operational visibility on transactions, refunds, and statuses. What worked less well: the total cost can quickly increase depending on volumes and options, dispute/chargeback management can be time-consuming (processes and supporting documentation), and some accounting reporting/reconciliation needs require exports, configuration, or a BI tool to be truly user-friendly. Overall, it's a solid solution if you anticipate these potential issues and properly define the processes.

Le produit répond à la problématique de traiter des opérations bancaires, de paiement mais je trouve que l'application s'est dégradé avec le temps en devenant plus lourde, moins pratique depuis qu'elle tend à être une vraie banque.

The product addresses the issue of handling banking and payment transactions, but I find that the application has deteriorated over time, becoming heavier and less practical since it has tended to be a real bank.

PayPal Enterprise payment has been really helpful, especially because transactions process fast and most of the time very smooth, which saves a lot of headaches. The dashboard is also easy to navigate, so it's not hard to track payments and spot issues quickly. However, there are still things that did not work so well. Sometimes the system feels a bit slow during peak hours, and the support response time can be longer than what we expect for enterprise level. There are also moments when integrating new features takes more effort than it should. Overall, it's a solid tool, but still have some areas that need improvement to make the experience more consistent.
