Overall it's been a great experience, the addition of the portal has caused some frustration but that's all.

Xref is really easy to set up and configure (which is in my opinion one of the greatest benefits). The support online is fantastic, meaning whenever I needed to know more about a certain product feature, I was able to find it easily.

I am able to save so much time by not having to manually do background checks and chase references.
