Native integration with Microsoft 365: The biggest strength is its seamless integration with Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams since it is built into the Microsoft ecosystem, there is no need for 3rd party tools or complex setup. Automated and reliable backup: Once policies are configured, backups run automatically and consistently in the background. This reduces manual effort and ensures data is always protected without constant monitoring. Strong security and compliance support: Built-in role access control and alignment with Microsoft security and compliance standards make it suitable for organizations with governance and regulatory requirements.

The cost of backup is very expensive and there is no way to extract and have the backup run at other places, for example other cloud providers or on prem.
