The recovery side is where Rubrik genuinely shines. We had a situation where a critical VM got corrupted during a patch cycle had it back in under 20 minutes using instant mount. That kind of speed is hard to argue with. The threat monitoring also caught an unusual spike in data change rate on one of our file servers before anyone in the team even noticed something was off. That alone justified the investment for our security team.

The company itself has promised that their product, RSC-Government, would be able to back up our M365 GCC High tenant only to find out it does not. Rubrik then stated they could back up our M365 GCC High tenant with their private service. Their private service does not back up GCC High tenant. We already paid for the service but, they will not provide us with a refund.
