Nuestra experiencia con Synology está siendo, en general, positiva
Utilizamos la solución principalmente para proteger datos de Microsoft 365 y Google Workspace en una organización educativa grande, múltiples centros y Tenants. Una de las primeras cosas que valoramos, fue lo sencillo que resultó poner la plataforma en funcionamiento. La configuración inicial fue directa y no requirió una planificación compleja.
En el día a día, la plataforma se comporta de forma estable y resulta fácil de administrar. La gestión centralizada es especialmente útil en nuestro caso, ya que nos permite controlar las copias de seguridad sin depender de gestiones locales en cada centro. 
Valoramos, también positivamente, que las copias de seguridad están almacenadas en una estructura que gestionamos directamente. Aunque trabajemos con servicios cloud, esto nos aporta una mayor sensación de control y confianza desde el punto de vista de la gobernanza del dato.

Our experience with Synology has been, overall, positive. We primarily use the solution to protect Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace data in a large educational organization with multiple campuses and tenants. One of the first things we appreciated was how easy it was to get the platform up and running. The initial setup was straightforward and didn't require complex planning. In day-to-day use, the platform performs reliably and is easy to manage. Centralized management is especially useful for us, as it allows us to control backups without relying on local management at each campus. We also appreciate that backups are stored in a structure that we manage directly. Even though we work with cloud services, this gives us a greater sense of control and confidence from a data governance perspective.
