The platform works okay once you're up and running - a backup system obviously performs best when you never have to think about it. However, their support is absolutely abysmal. Whenever there's an actual issue you are only ever guided to generic KBs rather than given real personal support. Essentially, whenever anything is "out of the ordinary" the support quality takes a steep nosedive.
