Spanning is incredibly easy to configure. It's also easy to maintain, especially since it allows for an automated workflow that adds and licenses users in Spanning when they're created elsewhere. They offer long-term archive licenses to help retain past user data which is critical and easy to use as well. The ability to impersonate a user makes for finding what you need to restore a breeze rather than just going off of a keyword. The actual restoration process is quick and easy, and gives you plenty of options so you're not left struggling to find what you've restored once it's restored. Whether it's an email, contact, calendar event, or Google Drive document that was accidentally deleted, it's easy to restore it so you and your users can get back to work without having any missing information!
