Restore performance and support quality fall short despite Ease of Use features

Easily integrtated with Office 365 as its gold partner with Microsoft. It significantly increased our mail safety and recovery as when required as its SAAS based and easy to manage. It allows us to restore individual mails as when required. Its ease of deployement, integration with OneDrive, sharepoint and Teams was a great add on for us. We also appreciate the fast restore, good interface , strong ransomware protection feature. Its easier to maintain as compared to other traditional backup softwares.
