Employees being able to manage most of their benefits on their own without reaching to HR every time give them freedom and frees up time for HR to deal with more pressing matters. The integration with the rest of ADP simplifies everything since all the employee information is managed through one portal only.

I think the features of the product. For example, when you log in, you have to go through a series of pages to be redirected to where you want to go. This is especially important when you want to check on an employees payment history. Compared I think to other products where the task bar is just within their homepage and from there you can easily pull out the file or details that you are looking for.
