1. Paycor benefits management is good at employee self-service functions. Open enrollment Wizard is awesome. 2. There is an AI support toll called ask Emma. It asks relevant questions regarding benefits choices so that it can help decision making. 3. Because of this, HR intervention can be minimized as possible, so it reduces a lot of time in enrollment and making choices.
