The team has struggled to adjust process to more closely match our business needs and not demonstrated the agility to either adjust to different process or provide innovative solutions. in addition, i don't feel like we are benefiting from any broader learnings from their history of serving other clients. Inefficiencies exist that should be receiving more attention.
