I find the automation 360's exceptional balance between enterprise-grade power and user accessibility most impressive. The transition to a cloud native environment was a total paradigm shift. It removed infrastructure bottlenecks and allowed us to scale our bot deployment significantly faster than traditional on-premises solutions. Further, low-code and no-code interfaces have truly democratized our automation process. It strikes a rare, sweet spot in the market. It provides the technical depth for developers to inject custom Python, Java or VBScript yet remains intuitive enough for business analysts to anticipate the design of complex workflows. This hybrid approach has been instrumental in automating high-value processes across our core systems, including SAP (ECC, SCM, Concur), Salesforce (SFDC), and the GSTROBO portal effectively bridging the gap between legacy environments and modern cloud applications.
