My experience with Nintex Workflow Automation has been genuinely good overall. It's fairly easy to get started with and doesn't feel overly complex for day-to-day automation work. 
Building workflows and forms is mostly straightforward, and once things are set up, they run reliably without much maintenance.
I especially liked how it helps streamline approvals and repetitive processes that would otherwise take a lot of manual effort.
