The strengths I have experienced are: the development and deployment potential, thanks to the management of the versioning of the models and deployment packages, the natural and simple integration with the Tibco stack and the single interface through which to manage the various processes.

The ongoing costs are steep, and for inexperienced users, a lot of coding is needed for which expertise might not always be available. Not very accessible for less technical users. Sometimes it is a bit unreliable and will crash without warning.
