This solution has always been lacking in the user interface and need to improve a lot. overall this solution is robust and having the ability to integrate with the different products and for complex workflows.

Como recomendación, mejoraría el tema administrativo con las áreas proveedor, ya que es complicado crear casos de incidencias con el producto dependiendo mucho de la renovación del mismo.

The supplier was always willing to help the customer and met the proposed goals and objectives. As a recommendation, I would improve administrative procedures with the supplier departments, as it is difficult to create incident cases with the product, which depends heavily on its renewal.
