Central contract management: it gave me one place to access and review franchise related contracts instead of having to search through separate files or email chains. Spend visibility: the dashboards made it easy to review spending by supplier category, including areas like store signage, printed materials, and fixtures. Purchase Request management: it provided a structured way to submit, review, and tracked franchise related purchase requests through the approval process. Supplier onboarding: it helped keep supplier information, required documentation, and onboarding activity organized with the same platform.

My main problem arises from differences in data as I try to combine data from different sources. Difficulty in making good team decisions becomes a side effect of this problem.
