What I value most is the centralized visibility the platform provides. The Discovery tool is a game changer because it scans my entire network to find every certificate, including rogue ones from other CAs. Having that single pane of glass view means I don't have to rely on manual spreadsheets. Its automation capabilities, specifically through ACME and robust APIs, are another major strength. It allows us to automate the full lifecycle, from issuance to renewal, directly on our servers and load balancers. This shift away from manual tasks is critical for my team, especially as certificate lifespans get shorter and the margin for human error disappears. Finally, the platform's flexibility in deployment is a huge time-saver. Being able to download certificates in multiple formats (like .pfx or .pem) tailored to specific server types saves us from constant file conversions. Combined with a support team that is genuinely proactive, it makes managing a complex inventory much more manageable.
