Simple Setup and Deployment but Manual Dyno Scaling Remains Challenging

It was easy to set up and reliable; I encountered no downtime. It is easy to deploy new versions of our application for someone like me without devops skills. I like the quantity of plugins we can bind to our application.

As my needs have evolved from startup to scale-up, Ive found Heroku harder and harder to work with. I stopped using Heroku database service (not happy with pricing and performance), I started using Heroku private spaces (not happy with pricing) and adopted Heroku SSO feature (struggled with non-human users).
