The ability to use workflow to get approvals for payments processed quicker and direct to the person who can authorise the payment. An overall view of outstanding invoices to approve, along with any aged debts can be analysed quickly. It is easy to manage and paymetn approval and processing is excellent.

Missing functionality and operational finance capabilities are my main causes of dissatisfaction with the product/service. The missing functionality include purchase requisition, expense management, and accounts payable automation modules. What is more challenging is that these functionalities/capabilities are not native to Sage Intacct which means we will have to integrate and connect several tools to get a fully integrated procure-to-pay solution.
