Data visibility across departments and workflows: Over time, many processes and tasks across departments became tracked on a spreadsheet because we did not have a way to clearly track and communicate. Acumatica has an answer for all departments and their processes in how to link that data together. Individual tasks and priorities: It is much easier to track priorities and what each individual is doing, or needs to do, for the day. Accounting benefits: Our implementation of Acumatica allowed us to track bills from vendors, costing them to customers, resulting in a detailed and easy window into what contracts are profitable or not.

There are many issues with the current version of this ERP that has led to fallout in processes and flow for most companies that have upgraded to it. It should not have been released. There are some particularities about navigation that get in the way of efficiency. Automation scheduled sometimes don't run based on a system glitch rather than any real issue which results in manually running our daily processes which can be time consuming.
