The LN Cloudsuite is continually evolving to meet the needs of its customers. It offers out of the box functionality which follows best practices, but this functionality can be modified/enhanced through the use of product personalization, programmable extensions or complementary software objects such as IOS or IDM to provide a fully featured solution for business needs or compliance entities. There is a strong and active user community that aids and supports each other. We have built relationships with peers in various areas (IT, Accounting, Logistics). This has provided opportunities to see how other entities use the software and increase our return on the platform.

I wish there were more options for formal training through Infor and not just implementation partners. Sometimes support documentation doesn't seem to align with the current state of the product.
