The UX system is clean and easy to navigate. Their support team is excellent! And the reporting system is great as well. There are many different ways to create your report, but I personally like to use the SQL development environment and Intelliplex.

I dislike how not all the features that were in Plex Classic haven't been moved into PlexUX yet, how the Plex status page is not updated very quickly, and how there's not a good roadmap that shows what's being worked on the product.
