Product: QAD Adaptive ERP

QAD ERP Handles Standard Operations - No Noteworthy Positives or Negatives vs. the Field

Likes and dislikes about

likes

One standout feature of QAD that I like is its data integrity. It doesn't delete records. Instead it maintains a detailed audited trails of all entries and posting. This visibility has been extremely helpful when reconciling accounts or investigating balancing issues to trace back through the system. I also appreciate how QAD is extremely customizable through our IT team and is a reliable solution for managing AR.

dislikes

Nothing particularly notable in terms of negatives. Like most ERPs, you will need additional software/integrations to do things like manage a custom workflow to approve suppliers and control purchasing from them until approved. There isn't really a native integration tool, so a middleware is typically needed to send data out of QAD to another system like an MES or eQMS.
