have been working on a major migration project with this vendor with number of their products we use; moving from on-premise solution to cloud based solution. First phase was enrolment management - started June 2019 & went live September 2019. Second phase was SIS/LMS - started September 2019 & went live September 2020. Now, about to start phase 3 f the project; which involves upgrade of the financial system FE to FENXT & student billing modules to new cloud based solution. The vendor has been good to work with and the support is really good; but, faced some hiccups due to lack of functionality in the new cloud solution. So, have had to implement a number of workarounds.
