Oracle NetSuite ERP has helped us out immensely by bringing together our operations, finance, and reporting all in one central platform that supports scalability exceptionally well.  Their cloud infrastructure allows for compatibility with many third party systems and their ability to handle multiple entities and currencies is also a huge bonus for us, as well as most business I would think.

O Oracle Fusion Cloud é um ERP bem robusto, entretanto, pouco personalizável ou maleável para adaptar as peculiaridades dos processos da empresa. A interface também não é muito amigável, o que faz necessário uma grande curva de aprendizado para poder dominar o uso da ferramenta. Apesar de ser Saas, a escolha de um bom parceiro para ajudar na administração e a escolha de um bom time para apoiar na gestão da ferramenta, são essenciais. 

Oracle Fusion Cloud is a very robust ERP system; however, it's not very customizable or flexible enough to adapt to the specific needs of a company's processes. The interface is also not very user-friendly, requiring a steep learning curve to master the tool. Despite being SaaS, choosing a good partner to help with administration and a good team to support the management of the tool are essential.

Oracle NetSuite ERP has been one of the few systems that actually helped us get out of the spreadsheet chaos and into a more disciplined way of running finance, operations and sales on a single platform. It took a lot of the friction out of month-end, order-to-cash, and basic reporting by putting everyone on the same set of numbers instead of debating whose file was "the real one".
Day to day, NetSuite feels like the central nervous system of the business: GL, AP/AR, inventory and basic CRM all sit in one place and workflows tie them together in a way that makes sense for everyday users, not just the finance team. Once we got out core processes modelled - purchase orders, invoicing, approvals and revenue recognition - month-end stopped being a mad scramble and we could close faster with far fewer manual adjustments.
The biggest shift was visibility: leadership, finance and operations finally looked at the same dashboards and reports, so conversations moved from "where did this number come from? to "what are we going to do about it?" that alone changed the tone of a lot of meetings.
Our main pain point was running too much of the business on disjointed tools and manual work: accounting in one system, inventory in another, CRM somewhere else, and endless exports to glue it all together. NetSuite gave us a single place to handle core ERP flows - order, inventory, billing and financials - so data only needed to be entered once and then flowed through the process.
