The user interface is easy to understand and everything is well organized in a clean way. The data is updated in real time which helps a lot in making decisions more accurately. Forecasting is easier now.

I think the most disagreeable piece of the entire experience has been how rushed the build is. In an enterprise as large as ours there are multiple groups that need to be included in the discussion and a variety of different needs. The build was very rushed and resulted in a large parking lot of items that never got addressed.
