As both an admin and a user, our experience so far has been very positive. Most settings and configurations can be managed independently without needing to rely on the support team. Whenever assistance is required, Sense AI is available providing support through screenshots, live system checks and helpful suggestions. From a user perspective, all modules are easily at our fingertips, and the system is highly user-friendly with strong functionality.

Darwinbox is an impressive tool, and our overall experience across sales, implementation and customer service has been outstanding. The core implementation was excellent, and the post-implementation customer service has been exceptionally good. However, there is still room for improvement. We faced challenges during the payroll implementation due to communication hiccups. Nonetheless, DB is a great platform, and the strong support makes a massive difference.

All modules except Payroll and Leave and attendance are very good for us.  Analytics dashboard can be improved too.  Ask Darwin - support has improved a lot.  Quick resolution of issues raised really helps.
