1. Comprehensive centralization and continuous evolution of Employee Central: This allows for the consolidation of all employee information in a single location, eliminating information silos. Furthermore, it is a product that is constantly being innovated, regularly integrating new functionality aimed at automating processes and reducing the operational workload of the Human Resources department. This allows us to benefit from improvements without the need for large implementation projects. 2. Robust payroll engine: This enables highly accurate payroll processing, taking into account the specific regulatory and tax requirements of Mexico (ISR, IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, and profit sharing), reducing manual errors and processing times for our bi-weekly payrolls. Native integration with Employee Central ensures that personnel changes are automatically reflected in the payroll. 3. Native integration with the entire SAP ecosystem: In our solution, we use Business Process Tools (BTP) to build satellite modules for payroll. With its components and tools, we have achieved a comprehensive solution for our Employee Central, Employee Processing Center (EPC), and BTP applications.
