It is a one stop shop for us in terms of HR software. It is also user friendly for our employees and customizable to our organization.

I wish the reporting functionality crossed all the modules. For example, I would like to be able to pull information from my employee information report into payroll reports and vice versa. Customer service could be better, especially when wanting to add on new modules. The leave module could tie into payroll better. The EEO-4 reporting was promised to us back in 2019 and is still not available.
