Provides drag and drop functionality for managing the automation of administration. Very intuitive and user friendly interface. Have had excellent support for the product.

I have several issues with CH but if I were to summarize: 1. It's decreasingly differentiated. Most cloud providers will help with this and even if they won't, there are cheaper alternatives that are just as capable. As a result, CH is just not worth it anymore. 2. They have the worst support. Not near the worst, the actual worst. I've had bad experiences at both the technical support and customer success level. For example, when I complained about how their pricing disincentivizes me from using it (it doesn't get cheaper as I use more), they were utterly confused. I tried explaining cloud pricing to the CS team and they could not grasp it. Else, we had long running support issues for months with many turns to re-explain issues. I only got them fixed when escalating. 3. It's expensive. CH will negotiate but it seems clear to me this is now a cash cow. VMWare bought CH with intention to make it sustainable but got outflanked by the cloud providers so they've (logically) pivoted to just ringing out profit until it winds down. Minimal innovation and high pricing. When we left recently, they went so far as to cut out bill in half to try and keep us (giving you an idea of the margin) but at that point, we'd already moved.
