Ability to provide a consistent infra as a code framework across multiple cloud providers. the declarative approach, extensive provider ecosystem and strong integration with CI/CD pipeline enable our teams to automate infra provisioning.

One major drawback of Apptio and its services is the complexity of its interface and navigation. The platform can be overwhelming for users, especially those unfamiliar with IT finance or budgeting concepts. Additionally, while it offers robust analytics, the reporting features can sometimes be cumbersome to configure and customise to specific needs. Overall, simplifying the user experience and enhancing accessiblity could significantly improve user satisfaction.
