Creating and deploying a cluster is very easy and we can create prod ready clusters within minutes and then can also scale them up or down as required. Also we do not have to worry about the cluster management and can focus on our activity solely.

Product is very good, there is nothing to dislike but it is always better to have your own skilled person to setup a open source kubernetes.
