I appreciate how Cloud Security focuses on bringing the findings together in a single place. The out-of-box interface and visualizations is enough to dive deep if you want, while the Security Inbox gives you a great place to get started. Let's be honest: with tools this powerful, the biggest problem that users face is where to begin. That's why I think the Security Inbox makes sense for operators. As they go, they can leave notes about their findings and track their progress - and if you ever need to look it up again, the stock interface is pretty nice, but you can also use Ask Bits, their chat copilot. More recently, Datadog has added some fantastic Cloud Security-specific AI-powered features to make it easier than ever to skim off irrelevant security signals and focus on what's most relevant. We're looking forward to working more into that.

Lack of transparency in billing and related metrics, which requires reactive investigations. Many unsubscribed features that can be activated with a single click, without any information on how they affect billing.
