It gives you a good overview of your security posture if you're involved in the Azure ecosystem, but the volume of alerts and generic recommendations creates a lot of noise.

Our overall experience with MDC has been positive. It has helped improved our cloud security posture through centralized visibility, actionable recos, workload protections and integration with the broader Microsoft security ecosystem. The platform has been valuable for Azure governance, VM, Defender for Containers initiative, and monitoring security recos hybrid environments.
