Ease of use: every page has a button to export spreadsheets as a .csv file, which is very helpful in day-to-day tasks and in team decision-making and direction, whether by project, subscription, accounts, or resources.

Tenable is not a customer-focused company; its support team is not helping customers resolve issues. They focus on selling professional services more. The customer success team was not helpful so much.
