Some more complex rule configurations require support to implement. The current UI is functional, but needs to be more flexible. The technical capabilities of support have gotten worse in the last year or two, and it has caused some outages to last longer than necessary. Their new AWS deployments seem OK, but the UI doesn't provide enough information now. I would prefer if they were more attuned to the threat landscape. I feel like we tell them about emerging threats (log4shell, spring4shell), but they're able to creates rules quickly once they know.
