We use both VM and SAAS version of this tool and SAAS is way better to manage and work on with. The controls this WAF gives are great and suits all our environment requirements. The only thing is fine tuning the applications becomes a bit messy with a lot of options on console. The BATP feature is great and enhances the security posture. The best thing that we have observed is the support they provide, we have got the best support from them across all the other tools that we use making it great product to use.

I think the inline bridge methodology of devices like xx are much easier to implement. I do not like the possible implementation methods and overall I would never buy this product again. My experience with layer 7 waf's is I ran all of xx waf's for over 5 years on all corporate sites, I ran all the wafs for xx, and several other fortune 50 companies like Target. I think there is better products out there and I would highly suggest you not waste time on this product. Also their sales team is sneaky and does questionable actions.

Since the deployment, we have been pleased with the stability and protection. The web application firewall capabilities effectively block OWASP Top 10 threats, and the Bot Management features have significantly reduced malicious traffic. DDos Mitigation gives us confidence during traffic spikes. API Protection is robust for modern applications. setup was straightforward, though fine-tuning the policies required some learning. Support has been responsive during our onboarding. As it is a recent deployment, the initial experience has been positive with minimal false positives and strong threat visibility.
