In fact, it is the simple implementation, the simple management of permissions, as well as the ability to collaborate with other external participants.

There is very little code review support. You cant refer to a block of code, which is a baseline feature in other code review tools. Lots of email notifications which spam the inbox. If you reload the page or accidentally close the browser all the unsaved comments will be lost.
