I like how Trello makes collaboration and task management easy. It allows us to quickly expand participation by adding new team members to tasks simply through their email, which has made cross functional collaboration seamless as our teams grow. Trello's Kanban system has improved how we manage our workflow. The visual boards and drag and drop functionality allow us to break projects into manageable steps and instantly understand status without lengthy meetings. We also benefit from butler automation, which reduces repetitive admin work by automating routine actions , triggering reminders and moving tasks based on rules . This has saved us time and improved consistency across operations. Trello's notification system has also been highly effective. Real time alerts and updates ensure we miss nothing and help our teams remain responsive and maintain momentum across multiple ongoing activities.

Sometimes Jira flow breaks and I'm not able to close the task (if I open the workflow, it shows that the task is somehow stuck in a loop and nobody knows how it got there), and it becomes annoying to get the task to the beginning and do all the statuses all over again just to close it, taking many minutes. The main reason for disliking it is just the random inability to change the status of any task that can happen anytime to anyone, despite all the right actions and accesses
