I have been using Notion on and off. I always come back to it because of its immense power and ability to act as a "2nd brain" where you can store all your project management, however it is a daunting software that requires a lot of attention to setup and learn.

The flexibility of the platform is its main strength, and it has been our internal knowledge repository and project/product management tool of choice for many years.
However, from its roots when their founding team had figured out the smallest number of elements required to cover most use cases, the tool has become bloated with too many options and slow, losing a lot of what made it great to begin with.
