A standout feature is the ability for one task to live in multiple locations (Cross Tagging). This eliminates duplication and ensures that a single update is reflected instantly across departmental folders and consultant workspaces. Furthermore, granular control over notifications and permissions ensures stakeholders only see what they need, reducing noise. Paired with robust automation and deep Microsoft integrations (Teams, Outlook), we can streamline intake and reporting directly within the tools our staff already uses daily

It's been hard for us to drive consistent adoption across the business. For those that don't have a deep need for the product, they struggle to see the value, although their input is required.
