Overall, I would say the 8x8 communication APIs provide great functionality and solid performance, but initial setup can take some time to learn.

PRE-SALES ENGINEER

It has provided a flexible integration, but it was not a straightforward set up and the API documentation was not clear enough. Also, reliability and performance was not up to the standard as compared to the other vendors

My overall experience with 8x8 communication APIs has been very positive. The APIs are reliable, easy to integrate, and do exactly what we need for messaging and call features. Once everything was setup, the system has been stable with no major issues. The documentation is clear for the most part, and the onboarding process was straight forward.
