1) The quality is consistently high even if the internet is not perfect 2) You can join calls through a browser. Clients do not need to download an app so meetings can start much faster 3) I can pin specific speakers or hide people that do not have their cameras on to keep the screen neat.

1.Anaytics dashboards are limited and sometimes slow when filtering larger messaging or voice data. 2.Support response time during technical issues was inconsistent, especially for authentication and integration-related problems. 3.The chatbot configuration becomes difficult for complex workflows, and troubleshooting errors takes more manual effort then expected.
