What we're most satisfied with is the message delivery effectiveness and the ability to combine multiple channels. We primarily use SMS, but also supplement with WhatsApp for customer notifications. In the Indonesian market, SMS notifications are quite immediate, and customers respond significantly more after seeing them. Previously, when using other vendors, responses weren't as noticeable. Now, with NXCLOUD, the overall service is stable, has high reach, and the response time is much better. Additionally, their sales team keeps us updated on new policies and product information, helping us choose the most suitable solutions.

Our business scope includes Brazil, and we purchased their Brazilian phone number. However, the purchase took longer than expected, and they delayed delivery, which postponed the start of our business and significantly impacted the progress of our operations. This was a poor experience for us.
