The fact that it aggregates pretty much any source of competitive intel (Twitter, YouTube, competitor websites, news mentions, press releases, etc.) without having to manually search for these things is very helpful. I think having that integrated with competitive battlecards is also very helpful for sellers. The option to integrate directly with your CRM is also helpful as it can be a means to quantify the effect of battlecards and other PMM deliverables, which is always good.

Getting to the competitive info I need feels more time-consuming than I'd like. It would be great if this data lived in slack or similar tools that I spend more time in. Needing to sign into crayon via SSO whenever I need to access it can be slightly annoying
