Product: Oracle CPQ

A strong tool for smarter sales processes and improving efficiency.

Product: NetSuite CPQ

Although it is a useful ERP, it severely lacks in tools that make implementation and adjustment with the Mexican Tax administration system

Likes and dislikes about

likes

I like most how it handles complex product combinations without much confusion. It guides users step by step, which makes it easier for sales teams to create accurate quotes. It also ensures that pricing and discount rules are followed properly, which adds a layer of control that we didn't have before. One of the main things I appreciate about Oracle CPQ is how it brings structure and reliability to what used to be a very manual and error prone quoting process.

dislikes

There's really no good adaptability for either our accounting department or our tax situation. We end up adapting to the tool rather than the other way around.
