What do you like most about the product or service?

Ease of use - The interface offers a very user-friendly experience. Being an IT administrator and seeing the issues that users do experience day to day with their applications, making sure they can very easily understand what they are looking at is key. Scalability - As our call center has grown, this tool has offered a great ability for flexibility and scalability. Being able to easily scale the system to accommodate increased traffic of communications as well as new teams to be included. Customer support - On top of being able to allow us to support our environment, the support offered from Avaya is amazing. Feeling supported and understood is one of the best ways an application should be maintained .

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

Complex Setup - Avaya Contact Center offers a robust set of features, the initial setup and configuration was complex. This required more time to get rolling than initially expected Cost - The pricing can be on the higher side. While the solution offers amazing functionality, the cost be prohibitive for direct long-term growth.
